Over recent years various research laboratories have modified and perfected memorial diamond growing techniques.
Your memorial diamond will be grown in a state of the art lab, using the HPHT(high pressure high temperature) which recreates natures conditions found deep aprox 150-200km deep in the earth’s mantle.
Extreme pressure up to 60,000 atmospheres and extremely high temperatures up to 2,500C mimic the conditions in nature creating your priceless memorial diamond.
To grow your memorial diamond the technology known as split sphere or bars is used. This uses a built in cell where your carbon seed of a crystal is placed and then under extreme heat and pressures atoms of your personal carbon break down into individual atoms these molecules bond together and are transformed into your Aura memorial diamond
How does your aura memorial diamond get its colour?
Aura Memorial Diamonds acquire their fancy colours by the same process as mined diamonds only replicating the natures process in a lab.
Yellows- higher nitrogen content in the atomic structure, this is added at an early stage.
Greens- extra thermo baric treatment is applied resulting in sparkling apple green colours.
Reds- perfected method of adding irradiation, which results in deep rich red colours
Blues- Boron is used to give a deep sea blue to your memorial diamond.
Colour depends on the added materials above, atoms form becoming part of the crystal matrix lattice so depending on the above additives during your memorial diamonds growth will depend on the lively vibrant colour of your chosen memorial diamond.
